been so long since i update...

now in NS le.. BRONCO COY!! woohoo!!

many people have the wrong mindset that army is not for people to stay in and i say that is wrong..

firstly the place u sleep in is considered very comfortable already.. if regular bunk cleaning is done the place is sleepable(p.s just remember to use the blanket there coz it gets very cold into the night)

then is the food.. they are good.. as a matter of fact some of the dishes are better than my own cooking so i have no complain.. i am just disgusted at some people in my coy who keep complaining that the food is not edible.. can they come out with something better??

lastly the training.. maybe bcoz im in the ptp batch, my daily activity is simple.. two to three major physical exercise and one small one.. example of major exercises will be like speed and strength training and small one will be the 5 basic exercise early morning..

the training is tiriing( it shld be or else why even train??) however it is not to the extend that they dun let u recover in time for the next exercise.. for exmaple they wont do strength training today is tml and the day after continuously.. they rotates the training so that one can recover at least half before starting all over..

needless to say NS is all about discipline.. so if u think 30 mins is short for unpacking all ur civilians stuff on the first day u gotta move alot faster..

however sometimes that might not be the case.. RUSH TO WAIT n WAIT TO RUSH.. this line is very common in NS.. i can say the most intolerent part in NS will be seeing people manage to cao geng for all the training while u train ur butt off.. most irritating thing is that they will return to the platoon saying that all these trainings are not tough at all..

u really get to see all kinds of people there.. from smokers to people with attitude problems...

LAST BUT NOT LEAST.. prepare to take in alot of vulgarities.. they use it like as if its their first language.. end of all.. move fast stay alert.. and NS BMT should be a breeze...

FINALLY END MY WORK SEASON!!

It is interesting wad are the people u can find at aljunied prime block 1 supermarket..

China Tourist(they ask me wad r Singapore attractions)

Transexual(one of them disturbed me!!)

Japanese Business man( Experience at IRAS pays off!)

Korean Guy(Ever asking me when promotion ends.. think i told him more then 5 times)

SUPER GST conscious white collars people(bought 5 carton just coz GST is rising after CNY!!)

haha.. now wad i like and dislike about this job.. lets go to likes first!!

LIKES:

the small & innocent angels(childrens)

my supervisor and cashier frens!!

talking to interesting people

the way how frens there keep giving me free drinks and food

supervisor take care of me( he even provide a chair for me to sit when im not suppose to!!)

DISLIKE:

how adecco planning screwed up in the first few working weeks

STANDING( of coz la.. try standing for 8 hours?? haha)

when people just say later( but wad they mean is please dun bother me)

when people come back and exchange the premiums when they suddenly prefer some other premiums

promoting so long and still not get sales..

I have done this test with some fren..

Firstly.. take a regular eraser ( a square one will be perfect!! )

NOW.. clench it tightly in ur hand.. VERY TIGHTLY!!

Then think.. VERY HARD & SERIOUSLY to change the shape of eraser to a sphere..

SO IF U R SOMEONE THAT CANNOT STAND NAGS AND WHINS DUNT READ THIS POST!!!

ok first of all.. getting too slack.. very slack to be in precise.. the results i got from chem was like terrible.. it shows how incapable i am.. ok true some say 'eh u never study for chem lei'.. but im thinking.. if me without studying chem will only get me a pass grade of E.. wad will study really do?? a C or D?? disappointed..

maths.. most of the class people got 60+.. i seriously hope i not in that range.. hope i can get some high marks.. but the thing is that.. i really thought our class can do better.. so many people put in effort to study and still cannot get decent grade?? the things about u reap wad u sow.. is it really true?? i have frens that study much more.. but they are not receiving the grade relevant to their hardwork and so on.. so wad is reap and sow?? u tell me...

results aside.. now i am just thinking about words my frens said to me.. i need to be more sensitive?? dunno.. i just think that sometimes i just dun use my brain as much as my mouth nowadays.. i need to think more for others.. not only for myself.. the movie 'CARS' really hit nails on about me.. always thinking about me me me me me.. i really hope still got time.. once my fren ever ask me whether i have live to regret anything?? yes.. is that i never spare too much thoughts about others..

hmm.. today going to talk about something serious. Does hardwork really pays off in the things you do? And is teachers to be blame for your results. Notice that the topics today are mostly related to the recent release of common test 2 result from SRJC.

I have friends that study so hard. They can study almost anywhere and anytime. They spend recess time( or break time ) and lunch to complete tutorials way ahead of the lecturers. They work so hard and yet they never receive the results they truly hoped for. "You reap what you sow" is this really the case then?? I told friends that sometime hardwork alone cannot bring you far. True but sad, one require certain 'talent' in the area, and in this case studies. My definition of talent here simply means foundations. Just like English, one cannot turn into someone that writes and speaks English fluently overnight. No matter how hard you work in that one night.. nothing much will change.

Though one may not have that foundations, one should continue to work hard. Because by the time its A levels, your foundation will be built and your scores will be better. It may not show much now, but if one perserveres, you will get the results you desire.

So how about blaming the teachers for not doing well in exams? I have a friend who said that better teachers produce better students( in term of grades ). I agreed to that partially. No matter how you argues, one cannot say that teachers will not affect the grade we are receiving. Teachers are the ones who impart vital knowledge to us. And the method of imparting those knowledge will ultimately affect our understanding towards it.

However how can one push all the blame to the teachers?( i think many will agree with me on this). There is still parts that requires us to work hard together with the teachers to get good grades.

The situation I'm in now is that i am upset over the fact that i never score good grades for my results. Dont get me wrong, I am not going to complain why I didnt get good grades. It is just that whenever I do not receive a good grade, i will feel as if i have disappointed the teachers and friends around me. I believe there are teachers out there who feel that they cannot teach well and thus produces students with poor grades. I feel terrible if i contributed to this factor of making others sad. Thats why i always try to do better, not for myself but for the rest, for the teachers.

When it comes to this, i am not sure what i can say to myself. Of course the teacher must be a kind one for me to feel so sad in making he/she feel bad.

with this i end off with saying never give up.. trust me and continue to work hard. You will surely sees the light at the end of the tunnel soon!!

decided to blog today... coz the physics paper today so darn difficult.. when i write an answer.. i always feel like 'think ben.. like wrong answer lei' that kind of feeling..

ask wad my frens think about physics paper.. they say ok lar.. i was like.. sian lor.. i find it difficult they say ok.. hmm.. after checking with them my answers.. some of them are the same.. but then still got a lot of different answer.. how m i goin to do better?? feel bad if i cannot do well coz like disappointing ms lim effort.. all my speech on deciding to show QQ that she is a good teacher sure have fail this time.. haix.. hope still can touch the A grade..

hihi.. anyone misses me?? ya.. kinda mad to stay up till so late.. finshed my maths and gp revision.. while revising.. wanted to watch news on channel 5 but then remember the time wrongly thought it was at 9 pm.. haha

then i come across the talk thing.. btw like reporters and undergraduate students.. man.. they sure can ask questions.. anyway they talk to mr lee kuan yew ( my mum idol.. also dunno y??).. ya.. it was on channel 8.. ya.. when i watch i can feel the heat.. maybe i just watch from the center or something.. but it looks like the people asking questions goin to stand up and fight with each other.. got so much questions from them.. unlike us when we were given lectures at school.. WE DONT EVEN BOTHER TO ASK ANYTHING ( except afew that is).. so hilarious.. but then learn lots of thing just from that 1 hour.. just wondering why i didnt watch such show in the past.. anyway becoz of this i miss the 9.30 news on 5.. maybe reading newspaper tml to find out wad happened..

today is the day everyone from my jc receive their results back.. for project work.. i bet all have received their results and are satisfied with it.. my college got a high 89.6 % for people that got band 1 and 2.. i personally got a band 2 my self..

though so.. i am not very happy.. firstly.. there is a team member in my group did not get wad he wanted.. a band 2.. he got a band 3.. to think i thought all of us did well in our project.. hmm.. he must be demoralised.. then secondly.. friends of mine did not get the results they desire.. true to say.. i may never really understand how it feels.. but i would like to say.. KEEP GOIN dun give up.. PW is just a start to the A levels results.. do better in A lvels to make up.. belive in urself and i can assure u that u will soar high..

i am a person not good in words.. all i can do is to wish u guys all the best.. friends, mates.. anyone.. just dont give in.. coz most of the time it is easier but not as desired..

hmm.. health important?? dunno.. frens say i should not go on diet ( ya my diet pretty extreme) but i just wan to lose weigh faster.. u know more exercising and less food = to faster weigh lost.. ya.. my diet is water for breakfast and lunch and eat only dinner.. and ya.. dinner kinda like atkins diet ( no carbo mostly meat) but instead of meat i eat vegetarian food ( like tofu and so on )

dunno whether will die.. but i need to lose to 70 before i regain my normal eating.. the fact that i hate to lose ya.. i just dun wan to lose out in NS too =)**

last time on tues.. he keep on talking.. then i warn him before hand ms toh ( our gp teacher as well as the lecturer at that time ) will call him to come out if he talk too much.. coz the place we are seated at are way to obvious to ms toh.. wadeva we do she can see easily.. daniel never care then ya.. finally he got called out to answer a question.. haha. so funny lor.. his face turn so darn red.. so long never see his face so red le.. so funny lar.. i think its time i use my cam phone more often.. man just imagine ur face redder thatn ur lips.. omg!!! ya then he blush and went out with the answer so ridiculous i almost laugh.. lol.. ya..

ya.. then on the pe day.. extremely funny too.. i was late on that day.. ya.. but trust me this funny thing.. not me ok!!!.. ya yes.. it is daneil again.... it was after pe on thurs.. dennis, yun fun and daniel decided to stay and accompany me till i go collect my ez link card at 5.30pm ya.. then we are like hanging out at the bicycle thinging thing at the gallery ( dunno wad they call that... cycling machine??) ya then daneil suddenly went berserk and try to treat the machine like a horse and try to "gallop" with it.. funny thinhg happen here is that the handle of the bike came off and he fell towards the bike and land on the floor.. wah.. so funny.. then his finger and chin is like black.. ya.. haha.. then he keep claiming his shoulder is dented.. lol.. ya.. funny.. pei wen and her friends were there and they all started to laugh like siao siao one..

of all.. i am not sure whether this is appropriate but the reason y i post this blog is because of that someone.. she have done something so amazing that i feel like ya maybe i should just comment on it.. trust me.. i dun compliment people that often.. as for this.. it reached the extend of me wanting to tell the world.. its is just too WOW.. through this blog..

daniel, dennis and chin khai may have know this already.. but seriously that to me is too minute.. its a acheivement though.. okok the story..be amazed ok??

is it like this.. SRJC ( yea my school ",) have this online thing call the aspire.. then there is this online test..on maths... ok now many will have though that here we go again.. ben gonna boast on his results.. ba.. put that aside.. i ask friends like daniel, chin khai( the most hard working guy i've seen?) and dennis.. they do about twice on the average.. me?? no diff also twice to thrice..

43 times.. she actaully did it 43 times.. wad can i say?? ya many out there will think that must be some stupid maths test.. no sorry.. but i took at least 28 mins( out of the 45 mins provided) ok im not that good in maths but come on.. im not that bad too rite?? ( hope u guys agreed with me on this*.*) ya..simple cae calculation will tell you that if a person spend an average amount of time of 30 mins on the test.. u will have to spend 21.5 hours on the test.. is it about 4 hours in 5 days and 3 hours over the week..

needless to say.. she got 20 out of 20 ( ya just in case u r lost.. the test is limitless) hmm.. im speechless.. surprise and amazed.. i know there r people out there maybe even more hardworking and determined than her but seriously thats not the case..

bottomline.. im disappointed in myself.. ya.. have i really work hard enuf?? slacking too much?? no matter wad i do, be ahead of the teachers in tutorial in all subs ( except gp) or wadeva.. i just feel that people are working much harder..

dennis say im talented and need not study so muchg and still can get good results but seriously i think thats rubbish.. as compared to people out there i may not even be a threat to their position to be in the UNI.. hardwork.. i seriously lack that.. and she.. open that door.. gateway i suppose.. it wake me up.. thanks =)

i noe.. she may hate me at this very end of the posting... and i hope she will never know this blog.. ya.. 43.. this number will stay in my heart... maybe this shall be the tuirning point in my life..

wowowowo... so long nvr blog le.. haha.. thought i am quite suprise that still got peeps come.. anyway.. was pretty busy recently.. and kinda lazy to use the com.. ya lots of things happen recently and i cant jus place them all in here but i try to summerise them all..

i had my chinese oral.. and i not sure whether i good at it or not coz i end almost immediately.. tomorrow have my chinese listenning.. hope i can do well.. and ya.. i pass my chinese and i am pretty happy about it.. ( when i say chinese here i mean a level chinese the exam hor ^^)

ok then comes to my bowling.. still haven get a ball yet.. not im poor but sometimes i question myself.. my skills really sux and i dun noe whther getting one now is appropriate.. the worst thing is that i may even be tempted to join tennis cca.. oh ya did darren say he bought a new phone.. kinda envy him.. I WANT A NEW PHONE TOO!!!! haha..

having a major headache now.. sign... but still have homeowrk to do.. worry for my pw coz i still haven even finish my survey and eom.. DIE DIE DIE!!

got my grades back from the common test.. did pretty well.. but i still find not enuf.. mus score hihger.. have to work harder... the sad thing is that my maths did not get as high as i thought it would be.. need to study more le..

so i think thats about it.. need to get some new clothes.. coz i think all my old clothes turning color le.. whahahaha... ( main thing is to get a new jeans!!)

hmm.. took out some time to write about my pathetic life.. haha... jus kidding.. oh and thks justin.. and many others around telling me to be more confidence.. hope u guys do well too.. maybe i should be blessed that i have 3 sub only?? hmm..

today nothing much but revision too.. mamange to finish my physics revision and still trying to finish my chem.. ( kinda hate the chem bonding part) then maths.. intend to read them when i goin to sleep.. maybe like 30 mins goin to sleep or 1 hour before sleep i go thru my maths..

chinese i goin to screw that one up coz till now no revision.. and when i say no.. i mean totally no revision at all.. gp.. praying hard for it.. think got c or d i happy le..

man.. i can say at this point of time i am terribly pissed off with myself.. i seriously know i dun have much time left BUT STILL I AM SLACKING MY BUTT AWAY...

why am i so lazy??? i seriously dun understnad at all.. how can people from RJC or some other well known JC students just mug their life away?? some say they have no life.. but sometimes i envy their discipline.. i try to study one hour and break half an hour but still i start to slack.. start to feel sleepy and tired.. worst still.. I AM NOT GETTING ANY SMARTER!!!

sometimes i seriously wish that i can prove that without education i can make a great living.. but can I?? i cant.. all those things about wanting to become a teacher..haix i think given my situation and my lazy behaviour of not striving hard enuf.. i will jus die and jus become a useless idiot and become a burden to the society.. let alone becoming a teacher.. haix..

test is like in3 days.. darn short.. and all i did is some "revision" in maths, physics and chemistry.. notice the open and close inverted commas.. who can help me?? i think i may jus start a study group.. where people jus come out to study on their own.. no distraction no nothing.. no talking no food no nothing.. AND I MEAN IT!!

i think only when that feeling of " i did something" sort of feeling come will i ever feel that i accomplish something.. haix.. for those that did nothing much.. i can understand.. hope we can do it.. as for those that studied well and hard already.. congrats.. ( worst case scenario now: i fail all my sub and got retain for one year.. i will really cry then..)

hmm.. im back haha.. actually back quite long le.. at saturday evenning im back.. but lazy to blog.. still have GP haven finish.. hmm.. yesterday forgot to blog coz i was doin the online assignment for physics.. last day today.. but i jus wan to do jus in case i today slack or something lar..

yesterday went to play bowling and pool with darren.. ate at seletar there too.. not bad.. and i think from today onwards i will be eating slowly.. coz is like it will make me feel more full.. haha..

hmm.. today can say tired lar.. wah.. like go striaght to the main things.. after school.. went to play pool.. haha.. i can say i improe a bit in pool.. but seriously who cares?? haha.. there is me, dennis, daniel and yun fun.. then we play the king's games.. where there is like competition.. quite fun lei.. haha.. in the end.. the king is dennis.. i got so close to become a king.. haha but im still a crusader.. haha ( jus a name for myself).. after that.. daneil wans to play tennis.. so we went to his house again.. OMG.. went there twice a week.. so many time.. siao ar.. got so tired.. even worse then yesterday.. at least yesterday i try to return as many ball as possible.. but today.. i jus apparently didnt even bother.. coz i think something bothers me even more..

i think u may jus get it rite.. i was troubled at the sense that i try so hard to learn how to play good tennis.. but is like i still weak.. can never give a good shot.. always screw things up.. so when such things happen.. my mind wonder off.. makes me think of studies and pw and so on so on..

WAH... today physics test was like part easy part difficult.. easy>>>> is that of the kinematics... difficult>>>> dynamics.. OMG.. cannot do the one on the dynamics on forces one.. like wwrong lor my answer.. 6 MARKS LEI!!!! jus hope i can do quite well in it.. chin khai never do well.. then he sulk again.. haix.. sometimes i feel sad for him.. coz like he so hardworking lor.. haix..

oh ya.. today is like coz the physics onli got test so release early but then still have lessons at 12.15... though physics release at 9.15.... so i and daniel went to eat.. haha he own me $3 in total today.. haha ( i so money minded ^^) after that we went back to school.. wah.. i can tell u how unlucky chin hkhai is today lor..

1st: he did not do well in test. 2nd: after he reach home after physics, he went to sleep and after waking up he got headache. 3rd wanted to go eat kuey chap at his house there.. not open... 4th. he wanted to return to school but miss the stop.. so have to walk all the way to our school nearby coffeshop..

man he sure is unlucky.. then after maths we went to daniel house for tennis.. learn a few ways to play oit better.. but still far from the actual playing of tennis..

today darn relax coz tomorrow only got chem lect.. so like no homeowrk to do.. haha.. wow i wish it could be forever like this....

BORING.. LIFE NO LONGER EXCITED.. BEEN SLACKING AND YES.. I THINK IM GETTING DUMBER.. MATHS TEST TOMORROW.. FEEL SO STUPID.. PW.. ALONG WAY TO GO.. SAD AND NTH I CAN DO.. PHYSICS TEST THIS THURS.. SO WEAK IN DYNAMICS.. DYING OUT HERE.. SIAN..

today is like continue to do functions.. frankly speaking i hate to been spoon fed when it comes to maths.. to think i wanted to take f maths somemore.. feel like i am getting weak.. always feel like giving up.. but yet.. i cant.. have to go on..

today is jus like any other school day.. didnt manage to finish chinese compo last night and went to school to finihs it.. i was alone.. no one there as i search the damn chinese dictionary.. have to submit the work or i may jus break the trust with my chinese teacher..

tomorrow.. chem and maths all the way from 7.45 to 12.15.. total 4.5 hours.. non-stop.. how to concentrate?? hmm.. school speed for goin thru all sub is too slow.. feel so lag behind.. feel so stupid.. hopeless and wish someone will save me..
